Welcome Letter
Since before Thomas Jefferson built his dream home on a hill overlooking the town Charlottesville, Virginia has steadfastly remained one of the most desirable places to live on the East Coast. A&E Television Network and Money Magazine recently agreed with Jefferson, recognizing Charlottesville respectively as one of the United States’ “top 10 cities to have it all” and “the Southern region’s best small city to live in”.
As the rest of the Mid-Atlantic develops, the beauty and history of this small city and the surrounding countryside grow ever more remarkable. The area’s unparalleled mix of cultural sophistication, superior educational institutions, and accessibility to major metropolitan areas, in combination with its physical beauty and mild climate, ensures that Charlottesville will hold its sought-after status for decades and, I hope, centuries to come!
Admittedly, as a native I can hardly claim objectivity. However, I meet and work with few who disagree after a visit or two. My love affair with Charlottesville thus makes marketing and selling its real estate a true pleasure!
