Upon graduating from the University of Virginia in 1993, Loring worked seven years as an advertising executive for Polo Ralph Lauren in New York City. She recently moved back to Charlottesville in order to pursue a career marketing real estate in the place she will always be proud to call home. Loring’s marketing expertise, extensive knowledge of Charlottesville and the surrounding countryside, plus lifetime exposure to the unique considerations facing farm and estate owners qualify her to meet the needs of both first-time homeowners requiring an insider’s take on Charlottesville neighborhoods as well as those of clients seeking country properties. Her high standards, professionalism, energy, thoroughness, and availability ensure that she provides a valued service to buyers and sellers alike.

Loring’s experience with the many and varied issues that affect the rural real estate market is further enhanced by her involvement with the Piedmont Environmental Council in its open space conservation initiatives.

In her free time, Loring can be found riding, running, gardening, or perhaps helping out on the family farm in Somerset.

Bunny French

Bunny's Website Picture

Growing up in Long Island, New York, with a love of horses and animals provided natural incentive for Bunny to move to the more open spaces of Virginia. Charlottesville provided Bunny with ample opportunities to grow as she attended the University of Virginia while still successfully competing on the horse show circuit, garnering Championships at The Winter Equestrian Festival, Devon, The Hampton Classic, Pennsylvania National, Washington National and The National Horse Show at Madison Square Garden. Calling Virginia home for more than 30 years and riding through the countryside around Charlottesville has given Bunny a unique insight to real estate in the area.

Bunny works for her clients as honestly and fairly as she worked to pursue her own achievements. It is the same passion she used to succeed in her sport that she brings to real estate to achieve the goals of her clients. Bunny currently lives on her farm outside of Charlottesville and frequently travels to Wellington, Florida where she is also licensed to sell real estate.

When time allows she likes to run, read, garden and care for her animals.

Raised in Albemarle County and currently living in the City of Charlottesville, Shannon has had a lifelong love for the area. Shannon enjoyed the Shenandoah Valley as she completed her degree in psychology and statistics at James Madison University. She then went on to get her Master’s degree in psychology and ultimately returned to Charlottesville to work in market research.

As the granddaughter of a Realtor, Shannon was exposed to the local real estate market at an early age. Her desire to work in real estate was later cemented when she searched for her first home and couldn’t stop looking well after her move-in date. Shannon not only enjoys marketing but also researching the local real estate market and pricing trends.

Shannon is passionate about real estate and recognizes that the process of buying or selling a home can be emotionally challenging and life-changing. Her patience, motivation, reliability, and unique analytical skills make her an ideal real estate agent.

When she’s not working, you can find Shannon relaxing with her husband and pets, dining with friends, attempting Pilates, or wine-tasting at local vineyards.

Beth Monaco

Beth Monaco

Beth Monaco is a life-long Virginia resident whose family was one of the first to settle in Virginia in 1639.  After graduating from Virginia Tech, she arrived in Charlottesville in 1994.  She held positions with the Darden Graduate Business School at UVA where she coordinated alumni reunions and directed the school’s annual fundraising effort.  Her interest in antiques and collectibles took her to work with Estate Sales Unlimited, a personal property liquidation service.  She thoroughly enjoyed the architecture and experience of a new home to explore every week and her interest began in real estate.  Having bought and sold several homes in the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County herself, she realized that her passion and knowledge of real estate could be utilized to help others.

She finds Charlottesville to be a fabulous place to sell because of the beauty, history, and culture. Downtown Charlottesville is one of her favorite areas to work in, but she enjoys assisting clients with both sales and purchases in Albemarle and surrounding areas.  Many clients find her prompt, friendly service a joy, and her knowledge and analytical skills invaluable.  Because of her efficiency, she’s actually had two satisfied clients whom she has never met face-to-face.  Beth makes every effort possible to close the deal and works tirelessly as an advocate for her clients.

In addition to real estate, Beth enjoys organic gardening, cinema, attending auctions, and has a special interest in retired-racing greyhounds.
