A Gulf Coast native, Sydney fell in love with Charlottesville during her many visits to see family living in the area when she was growing up. Much to her delight, she was able to complete high school here too. After graduating from the University of Virginia in 2012, Sydney studied in Boston while working at Babson College. In 2013, she returned to Charlottesville to begin a career in real estate, as a Leasing and Marketing Manager in collegiate housing at UVA. This work experience only deepened Sydney’s love of her alma mater and the city in which it was founded.

Excited to delve deeper into local real estate, Sydney got her real estate sales license in early 2014. With extensive contacts in the area, an exceptional grasp of social marketing and marketing in general, and an enthusiastic devotion to going above and beyond for her clients, Sydney has already proven herself an expert in the local real estate market.

Reidar spent most of his career working in the Automotive and Paper industries managing various Procurement and Logistics Divisions. His career afforded him the ability to travel across Europe on a regular basis.

Reidar moved to Charlottesville in 2014 to be closer to his girlfriend. The two married shortly after and have now expanded the family with two daughters they resides in town and enjoy exploring all the various places and things Charlottesville has to offer. He is also very interested in the development of the Charlottesville area, and spends a lot of time researching the various projects that are quickly expanding in Charlottesville.

Her background includes a Bachelors degree in Graphic Arts from the University of Wisconsin, years working in the printing industry and as an executive recruiter.

When Bridget and her husband Paul moved to Charlottesville they opened Oil & Vinegar in Barracks Road Shopping Center. They sold the business in 2016 so Bridget could pursue her career in real estate and her husband could return to building. Together they have personally purchased and renovated several homes.

Dennis is a Charlottesville native, born and raised in Somerset, Virginia, near Charlottesville. He attended the University of Pennsylvania, the US Army and NYU graduate business school.

He lived in Colombia for a couple of years after the Vietnam war, then returned to the Charlottesville area to raise a family. He has continuously been involved with real estate-related activities, cattle and sheep farming, developing a successful tree nursery and a vinifera vineyard, and renovating homes.

His hobbies include the usual outdoor activities such as horseback riding, hiking, and he recently launched in Mobjack Bay his sailboat, a 38 foot sharpie yawl, 32 feet on deck, which he built from scratch in his back yard. Dennis is a co-founder and co-group leader of the Charlottesville Chapter of Citizens’ Climate Lobby working to create political will for climate solutions and specifically The Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act of 2019.
