Beth Monaco, REALTOR®, SRES®
A coastal-Virginia native, Beth has called Charlottesville her home for 25 years. She began her career at The Darden School of Business at UVA after graduating from Virginia Tech. At Darden she coordinated alumni reunions and managed the Darden Annual Fund. Her efforts produced record-breaking fundraising and participation.
For seven years she was the proprietor of a successful and well-respected estate liquidation company in Charlottesville. She utilized her vast knowledge and skills to assist clients in estate settlement, as well as those making transitions to different residential situations. With this experience and her Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation, she is well-equipped to help clients aged 50+ with their specific real estate needs.
Beth began her real estate career in 2005, and earned several rookie awards from her brokerage. Beth happily joined Loring Woodriff Real Estate Associates in 2010. She is experienced with purchasers and sellers of both existing homes, and new construction in the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County. Having personally fully renovated homes, she has the knowledge purchasers can appreciate when looking for an investment property, or one that is move-in ready.
Past clients find her experience, knowledge and analytical skills invaluable. Beth makes every effort possible to close the deal and works tirelessly as an advocate for her clients.
In her spare time you may find her at local movie theaters, strolling the Downtown Mall, or walking her rescue greyhounds.
