Beth Monaco, REALTOR®, SRES®
Beth’s real estate career began in 2005, and in her first two years of business she earned several rookie awards from her brokerage. She was pleased to join Loring Woodriff Real Estate Associates in 2010 and is experienced in both existing home sales and new construction in the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County. Having personally renovated properties, she has the knowledge purchasers can appreciate when looking for an investment property, or one that may require improvements.
A coastal-Virginia native, Beth has called Charlottesville her home for 25 years. Her career began at UVA’s Darden School of Business after graduating from Virginia Tech. There she coordinated alumni reunions and managed the Darden Annual Fund; her efforts produced record-breaking fundraising and participation. She also successfully owned and operated a personal-property/estate liquidation company in Charlottesville for nearly seven years, and gained valuable knowledge for those clients needing estate settlement and downsizing assistance.
Beth works tirelessly as an advocate for her clients. Past clients find her experience, knowledge, patience, and analytical skills invaluable. As a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, she has received additional training to assist senior clients embarking on major real estate and life changes.
In her spare time she enjoys gardening, photography, exploring nature, concerts, and meaningful conversations with friends.
