Lindsay Milby is a Charlottesville native and a 1985 graduate with distinction of the University of Virginia. Few realtors offer Lindsay’s extensive experience in real estate related fields. Her background in business development and mortgage lending coupled with a residential appraisal license qualifies her to serve her clients with an all-encompassing knowledge of the real estate market. In addition to serving on the Board of the Real Estate Weekly and Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors, Lindsay was named CAAR Sales Associate of the Year.

Prior to joining Loring Woodriff Real Estate Associates as a Principal in 2012, Lindsay owned and managed a successful real estate brokerage firm in Charlottesville. She joined forces with Loring Woodriff to combine diverse skill sets and strengthen the company’s position as a leader in the local real estate marketplace. Lindsay is known for going above and beyond in the course of business and enjoys a truly exceptional reputation amongst her professional peers and clients who describe her as dedicated, extremely knowledgeable, a strong negotiator, outstanding marketer and full of optimism and good will.

She and her husband Joe Milby are passionate about building and renovating quality homes. As a new empty nester of two grown children, Lindsay enjoys living in downtown Charlottesville, running the city streets and best of all eating in Charlottesville’s fabulous restaurants!
