Noah Libby Kopp

REALTOR®

Noah was drawn to Charlottesville, like many area residents, because of the University of Virginia, where his husband attends the MD-PhD program at the School of Medicine. Noah grew up in Mid-Coast Maine in a family of builders and developers, and real estate has always been an integral part of his life. He earned a B.A. in Government from Colby College and an M.S. in Global Business Logistics from Maine Maritime Academy.

Following graduate school, Noah moved to Washington, D.C. to work in supply chain management in both the consumer goods and defense industries. After moving to Charlottesville, Noah was eager to get back to his roots. He spent over four years working for a respected local homebuilder, selling more than $44M in new construction homes in Charlottesville and Albemarle County. Additionally, he owns and manages an investment property locally.

After living in both Mid-Coast Maine and Washington, D.C., Noah loves that Charlottesville blends the best of both worlds. He adores the beautiful mountains, orchards, vibrant culture, and plethora of restaurants, all while still having a small-town feel. Noah lives in Belmont with his husband Wei and their two Labrador Retrievers. When not negotiating on behalf of his clients, Noah likes being outside, enjoying meals with his family, and daydreaming about restoring a classic wooden sailboat.

Noah strongly believes in the value of integrity, kindness, and hard work, and has a keen appreciation for the unique needs of both academic and medical professionals.
