Routine Maintenance Requests
Submit routine maintenance requests through your online portal.  They also can be made by texting Bridget at 434-996-2997 or by calling our office at 434-977-4005 during normal business hours, M-F 9-5:30.

Emergency Maintenance Requests
After 9pm or before 6am call emergency line at 434-326-3361. Note – Please DO NOT use this phone number for non-emergency maintenance. Back up – text Bridget at 434-996-2997. Emergency maintenance includes no heat in winter, no AC in summer, no hot water, smoke, gas, or fire, broken water pipes, etc.

Loring Woodriff Real Estate Associates strives to serve their clients on as many real-estate-related fronts as possible. While the firm’s primary business remains residential sales, its principals established a property management division in 2013 to ensure that any leasing needs that might arise could be handled in the least disruptive and stress-free way possible for our clients.

  • Market the property for rent via the MLS, other online venues
  • Create attractive flyers for onsite at the property
  • Show the property to prospective tenants
  • Screen potential tenants including background checks
  • Represent the owner in lease negotiations
  • Manage the collection of rents
  • Handle property maintenance issues
