About Rebecca White

Prior to joining Loring Woodriff Real Estate, Rebecca enjoyed a career in New Home Sales with local homebuilder Southern Development Homes marketing best-selling communities such as Pavilions at Pantops, Hyland Ridge and Cascadia. She sold over 240 homes (and made a lot of forever friends) with her focus on building and fostering strong customer relationships as she guided her clients through the home buying and building process. Her background in marketing with local advertising agency Payne Ross & Associates (where her accounts won 9 American Marketing Association awards) and training in the industry-leading Professional Selling Skills program with a national builder provided the solid foundation for this rewarding 12-year career in New Home Sales.

Rebecca was energized by the opportunity to continue that same level of service for her real estate clients throughout the Charlottesville area. Her extensive experience in home sales gave her the unique ability to listen to her clients, discover what’s really important, and help them find it. Whether a first-time home buyer or someone looking to downsize to their forever home, she specializes in walking them through the process step by step. On the listing side, she diligently helps her sellers prepare their home for the market with model readiness techniques and sell it using a targeted marketing plan.

Rebecca grew up in rural Southwest VA and graduated from Mary Baldwin College in 1992. She resides in Southern Albemarle with her husband, Erik, and their daughter, Grace. In her free time, she likes to explore the Blue Ridge on foot and reward herself at day’s end with a pilsner at one of the area’s local breweries.
